Legal Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Flex Earn. By creating an account, registering credentials, or participating in tasks (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these rules, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To access the Services, you must represent and warrant that:

  • You are strictly above 18 years of age. Access to the earning features of this platform by minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that a user is under 18, their account credentials will be immediately terminated and any accrued balances forfeited.
  • You maintain only one (1) active account. The creation of secondary profiles, duplicate accounts, or accounts sharing mobile withdrawal credentials is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login token and credentials.

3. Cookie & Tracking Policy

Our website utilizes cookies and similar local tracking identifiers to store session credentials, authenticate active logins, manage security keys, and personalize your experience. By registering an account and using our Services, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with platform security guidelines.

4. Task Verification & Prohibited Activities

Flex Earn is dedicated to maintaining verified datasets for AI training models. You agree to complete microtasks with honest inputs. The following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accrued balances, and permanent hardware bans:

  • Using automation scripts, scraper bots, clickers, or artificial intelligence engines to complete tasks.
  • Accessing the platform through Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or virtual environments to manipulate geographic parameters.
  • Submitting fraudulent verification captchas or failing quiz checks consistently.

5. Earnings, Settlement Limits & Withdrawals

All rewards are denominated in Kenya Shillings (KES). Standard withdrawal settlements are processed instantly through integration partners or within 24 hours for manual reviews. You agree that Flex Earn reserves the right to hold settlements in cases of security flags, high-volume payout alerts, or pending KYC profile verification.

6. Referral Commissions

Passive referral rewards (10% commission on referred member earnings) are credited only if the referred user is a verified, real contributor. System loops or referral fraud structures will lead to account termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Flex Earn does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall the platform or its partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from your usage.
